Relationship-centred practice

Relationships are at the heart of what we do. Recently The Relationships Project published a ‘Case Maker’ - a series of case studies exploring different expressions of relationship-centred practice. We, the Gateshead Community Bridgebuilders, were the focus of one of those case studies.

It’s a really nice exploration of part of our journey and a snapshot of some of our work through the lens of relational working. You can find the GCB case study in written and audio form here.
